Could you save your life if the situation arose? Below I have outlined five scenarios, some possible and some not so much, but look them over and see how you would fare in each situation. To some of you this is a complete joke; to others this is a serious question. To explain further, the fence posts are separated 6 inches a part with a foothold at the top and in the middle; to put it simply, a pretty standard fence. Honestly, if someone was obese enough; a simple pointy tipped fence enclosure could be the end of them, zombies or no zombies.
FYI — Some professional power lifters and bodybuilders could not pass this test.
You are well into the post-apocalyptic world and have chosen to reside in a luxury villa in an old hotel; because that is freaking awesome. Well, today is that day. How about it? Is your body prepared for that kind of action? While this test is not quite as easily passed as the fence test, we are talking life or death. Could your body do this if it absolutely had to?

Follow me on Twitter My Tweets. This is what makes you the alpha. You will need to be willing to dedicate 2 days a week for leg workouts and be ready to insert these two leg days in the mix with your current upper body routine. Get comfortable being uncomfortable for the next 8 weeks!
Exercise 1: Leg press 5 sets of 8 reps, adding weight to each set. Follow this program for the full 8 weeks. These workouts are going to force you to dig deep, embrace the pain, and let the inner savage out.
At the end of it, though, you might just be able to outrun the zombies and survive.
